About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the SoftSapien careers site at https://careers.softsapien.com/careers/, including job search, candidate accounts, job alerts and applications. The SoftSapien Terms of Service also apply to the extent they are consistent with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use the site
You must have reached the minimum legal working age in your country and be at least 16 years old to create an account or apply. You may apply only on your own behalf. Recruitment agencies may submit candidates only under a written agreement with SoftSapien.
Your account
- Keep one account, use your own e-mail address and keep your details accurate and up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
- You can close your account at any time from My profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Your applications and content
Everything you submit, including your resume, answers and documents, must be true, accurate and yours to share. Giving false or misleading information may lead to your application being rejected or, if discovered later, an offer being withdrawn or employment ending, as permitted by law.
You allow SoftSapien to store, copy, review and share your submissions for recruiting purposes as described in the Candidate Privacy Notice. Do not include confidential information belonging to a current or former employer, or sensitive personal information we have not asked for.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you must not:
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to search, copy or apply for jobs, or to collect listings or data;
- submit applications for someone else or create accounts with false identities;
- upload viruses, malicious code or files that could harm the site or other users;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or test their security without written permission;
- repost or republish our job listings in a way that suggests you represent SoftSapien; or
- use the site for any unlawful, harassing or fraudulent purpose.
Job listings and offers
Listings describe roles we are hiring for at the time of posting and may change, be filled or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing on this site, and no application or account, creates an offer, a promise of employment or an employment contract. Offers are made only in writing by authorized SoftSapien representatives after our recruiting process. See our Recruitment Fraud Notice to recognize genuine offers.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics and software belong to SoftSapien or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own job search. Any other use requires our written permission. SoftSapien names and logos are trademarks of SoftSapien.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as professional networks or assessment providers. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and SoftSapien is not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available, accurate and secure, but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
